The Quinlan is hosting its 3rd annual Q Ball, October 26 at the Ramsey Conference Center's Ballroom at 7:00 PM. Guest will enter on a red carpet, be greeted by specialty drinks, and enjoy curated fashion and décor of this year's theme, James Bond.
